Not far from the downtown, 20 minutes on foot. Rou dan toast, where you can eat, is walking distance to the hotel. It offers good prices.

By and large, it was decent base for sightseeing in Taichung, had much fun. The chef was HELPFUL, and we met hotel's hostess. Pretty close to the airport, 12 miles.
